3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made via our website or written agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate project details.
• Fees and payment terms will be stated in your proposal.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees.

4. Intellectual Property

• All media and data captured by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, usage rights are granted as per the project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Must provide access, permissions, and approvals for drone operations.
• Will not request illegal operations (e.g. flights over restricted areas without clearance).
• Will not obstruct or interfere with the flight crew.

6. FAA Compliance & Safety

• Our pilots are FAA Part 107-certified and insured.
• We manage required authorizations, Remote ID filings, and waivers where needed.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• K+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You agree to indemnify and hold K+ harmless from claims related to your use of our services, site content, or unauthorized use by third parties.

8. Privacy & Data Security

• We handle your personal and project data per our Privacy Policy.
• We use secure data transfer and storage practices.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
